Shipping policy
At JinsGrowth, we are committed to delivering your product as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a range of delivery and pickup options, so you can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.
Orders from Queensland are dispatched on Monday through Wednesday. Interstate orders (NSW, SA, VIC, NT, TAS) will be sent on Monday and Tuesday each week. Same-day dispatch is available if you order by 10:30am AEST on the same day. (Except Public Holidays)
All live food orders are delivered via Australian Express Post. This will ensure you receive fresh Mealworms by avoiding excessive transit duration and minimizing loss. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout depending on the order volume.
Mealworms are packed in a breathable bag to ensure sufficient air circulation and temperature regulation during transit. We also include bran and carrots to maintain sufficient moisture during their travel. The bag is sealed with a zip tie to prevent Mealworms from escaping.
Upon receiving your Mealworms, simply unpack the bag from the postage box. Prepare a large storage tub and empty the bag of Mealworms and the paper into the tub. Carefully turn the bag inside out to remove all Mealworms clinging to the inside of the bag and the brown paper. We recommend to unpack your Mealworms on arrivals to minimize the risk of losses
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to external conditions such as extreme weather events (e.g., heatwave, floods, bushfires, cyclones), postal strikes, public holidays, or unexpected disruptions in courier services.
