Orders from Queensland are dispatched on Monday through Wednesday. Interstate orders (NSW, SA, VIC, NT, TAS) will be sent on Monday and Tuesday each week. Same-day dispatch is available if you order by 8:30am AEST on the same day. (Except Public Holidays)
All live food orders are delivered via Australian Express Post. This will ensure you receive fresh Mealworms by avoiding excessive transit duration and minimizing loss. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout depending on the order volume.
Mealworms are packed in a breathable bag with moisture source / bedding to ensure sufficient air circulation and temperature regulation during transit. The bag is sealed with a zip tie to prevent Mealworms from escaping.
Upon receiving your Mealworms, simply unpack the bag from the postage box. Prepare a large storage tub and empty the bag of Mealworms and the paper into the tub. Carefully turn the bag inside out to remove all Mealworms clinging on the inside of the bag and the brown paper. We recommend unpacking your Mealworms on arrivals to minimize the risk of losses
PICK UP IN PERSON
We warmly invite you to schedule your order pickup for a seamless experience at our farm in Woodhill QLD 4285 or (Sunnybank). Planning your visit allows us to ensure your order is prepared and ready upon your arrival. For an efficient and quick pickup, please send us a brief message ahead of time with your preferred pickup details at least a day piror.
