The actual size of the mealworms you receive will depend on our weekly harvest, as growth rates can vary naturally due to seasonal conditions, feeding cycles, and other environmental factors. While we do our best to match the sizes requested, we prioritise sending out healthy, active mealworms that are ready for shipping. As a result, the batch you receive may not always align perfectly with the size range indicated on our guide, but rest assured, the quality and vitality of the mealworms remain our top priority.
For orders of regular, small, or mini sizes, we may occasionally provide slightly smaller worms depending on availability, but we will never send mealworms that are larger than the size you have ordered. This way, you can be confident that the mealworms you receive will always meet or fall just under your chosen size category, ensuring consistency and suitability for your needs.
We use Australia Post Express shipping on all Live mealworms.
We schedule the dispatch of mealworms every Monday and Tuesday for interstate orders. For customers in Queensland, we arrange shipments from Monday to Wednesday to prevent them from remaining in transit over the weekend. Ensure your orders are placed by 8:30 am AEST for them to be dispatched on the same day.
